Designed by CTX Group, Azura is located on the site of the former Surf Side Beach Club. Part residence, part hotel, Azura is a unique product in a spectacular cliffside setting with dramatic ocean views.

Greymane worked as the General Contractor for the Azura project which spanned 4 years from design through to the completion of phase I. We worked to meet a demanding timeline and the various unique challenges of managing a construction site and completing a build in close proximity to new residents.
