Part coffee house, part craft brewery, Brew is a unique concept to Bermuda designed by Geoff Parker Architects and Commercial Interiors Group. Owner Phil Barnett wanted to create a welcoming and communal space that people would want to stay and enjoy rather than grab and go.

 

Brew was the winner of The Bermudian's 2019 Commerical Design Award. The build involved a full renovation, stripping back to the bare structure. Greymane managed the renovation from start to finish, working around the clock to a strict time-frame.

The end result is an inviting space with an industrial, re-purposed feel that is also cozy and comfortable.
