The Bermuda Tourism Authority (BTA) offices were designed by Linberg & Simmons to maximise natural night and create a vibrant, energetic office environment.

Glass walls define offices and meeting rooms, meaning the entire space benefits from natural light and a stunning view of Hamilton. The BTA wanted to encourage interaction and communication with walls that the team can write on and erase. Thus new ideas can be freely shared throughout the day.

As the General Contractor for the project, Greymane oversaw the budget conscious build out of the offices, ensuring a high quality and impressive result.
