Designed by Botelho Wood Architects, the renovated Bermudiana Wing at the Hamilton Princess involved an upgrade of over 100 rooms. As the general contractor, Greymane completed the full renovation in under four off-season months.
 

To meet the tight deadline ahead of the April 2025 tourist season, Greymane coordinated dozens of subcontractors and managed hundreds of site operatives, while also completing substantial exterior civil works.
