Designed by Botelho Wood Architects in partnership with the Fairmont Operations team, Intrepid is the newest Steak, Seafood & Raw Bar restaurant at Hamilton Princess.

 

The Greymane team worked with both teams to bring their vision to life, refurbishing the old Marcus restaurant into the new flagship steakhouse at Hamilton Princess.
