Winner of The Bermudian's Commercial Runner Up in 2011, the North Rock Communications Customer Service Centre was designed by Terceira Quarterly Associates with an innovative, modern industrial look.

The project was completed in a very short time period, with an eight-week construction phase. As the General Contractor on the project, Greymane oversaw the entire process, managing overseas procurement and ensuring the finished product was of the highest standard.
