Taste One Four One, located on the ground floor of Seon Place, was designed by L&S Design Ltd./Linberg & Simmons as a causal restaurant for office workers to enjoy a drink or light bite. The design won The Bermudian's 2012 Building Interior Design Award.

The biggest challenge faced by this project was fitting a full-service kitchen, restaurant, restroom, storage and staff facilities into such a small space.

As the General Contractor, Greymane ensured that the project was completed on time and without disruption to the hundreds of office workers located in the 10-storey building.
